Dental Insurance

We are In-Network with most Dental PPO insurance plans and as a courtesy, we will file your dental insurance claim for you.  We will work with you and your insurance company to process your claims. However, we want to remind you that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company.

It is our pleasure to assist you with your insurance claim. We have years of experience helping patients get the most out of their benefits, so feel free to ask us any questions. Our team is happy to discuss any insurance queries you may have.

Additionally, we will provide you with a treatment plan including your estimated “out of pocket” expense for your dental treatment. We will estimate your portion and ask you to pay that amount at the time of service.

Unfortunately, your dental insurance company will only pay for a portion of your dental care. We work closely with all insurance carriers and make dentistry affordable to all of our patients.

If you feel that your smile isn’t living up to its potential, it will have a negative effect on the way you perceive yourself.   If you’ve always wanted to fix something about your smile, but have refrained because of money, don’t worry any longer.

We will work together to figure out a payment option that is most suited to your needs. Paying for dentistry doesn’t need to be stressful. Dr. Gaspard provides a number of payment methods to make your dream smile more attainable.  You can choose to pay with

  • CareCredit®

  • In-House payment plan

Monthly Payment Plans

We also offer assisted financial plans through CareCredit®, an affordable option used by many of our patients to pay for their dental treatment. CareCredit® has 0% financing with monthly payment options available that can be used for co-payments, deductibles, treatment and procedures not covered by insurance. In-House Dental Savings Plan

Our Dental Assistance Savings Plan is designed to provide affordability and greater access to quality dental care. This is a Discount Plan and not Dental Insurance. Your benefits are available only at our office, Orchard Crossing Family Dentistry, and not transferable to anyone not listed under the plan.
